Its One App, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Its1Bid platform. We collect information necessary to facilitate public procurement, statutory compliance checks, and sealed bidding workflows:

• Account & Organization Information: Name, work email address, company profile details (FEIN, DUNS, W-9 status, insurance certificates, executive bios).
• Solicitation & Proposal Data: RFI, RFP, RFQ, RFO, RFT, and EOI documents uploaded by bidders or published by issuing entities.
• Payment Information: Credit wallet top-ups and subscriptions are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
• System Logs & Usage: IP addresses, browser types, and authentication timestamps for security audit trail compliance.

Solicitation bids submitted under sealed status are encrypted using SHA-256 cryptographic hashes and AES-256 encryption at rest. Sealed bid contents are strictly unopenable by issuing authorities, third parties, or platform administrators prior to the statutory closing deadline.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your company data. Information is disclosed solely under the following circumstances:

• Public Bidding Records & FOIA: Solicitations and awarded bid records published by public entities are subject to state-specific public records and FOIA laws as configured by the issuing jurisdiction.
• Service Providers: Secure infrastructure providers (Google Cloud Platform, Stripe) acting under strict data processing agreements.
• Legal Compliance: When required by court order or statutory subpoena.
