By accessing or using the Its1Bid platform operated by Its One App, LLC ("Company", "we", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, government agency, or school district, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Drafting aid only. Its1Bid is a document-drafting and workflow tool provided for informational purposes only. Its One App, LLC is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not provide legal, compliance, or procurement advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by use of the platform. The statutory references, clause language, compliance flags, jurisdiction rules, preference calculations, and deadlines presented by the platform are drafting conveniences — not legal authority — and may be incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to your circumstances.
Its1Bid provides procurement software for Issuers (purchasing authorities) and Bidders (vendors and contractors) across all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and Federal agencies:
Credits purchased via Stripe Checkout represent prepaid platform usage fees for AI parsing, gap analysis, and packet generation. All credit purchases are governed by our Stripe commercial billing agreement. Unused workspace credits do not expire as long as the account remains active.
Users agree not to upload fraudulent corporate documentation, forged W-9 forms, or falsified insurance certificates. Bidders remain responsible for verifying AI-drafted narrative responses prior to final submission.
Its1Bid is a software platform, not a law firm, and nothing on the platform is legal advice. Statutory citations, compliance checklists, clause libraries, resident and reciprocal bid-preference calculations, tie-breaker rules, deadlines, wage and certification requirements, and similar content are research aids compiled in good faith from public sources. Public procurement law differs across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the federal government, and changes every legislative session.
While Its One App, LLC makes commercially reasonable, good-faith efforts to keep this content current and accurate, we do not warrant, guarantee, or represent that any compliance content is complete, current, error-free, or sufficient to satisfy the procurement requirements of any jurisdiction. Every figure and citation must be independently verified against current statute, regulation, and agency rule — and, where the stakes warrant, with qualified procurement counsel — before it is relied on in any solicitation, bid, evaluation, or award.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) the platform and all compliance content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied; (b) Its One App, LLC shall not be liable for any bid rejection, non-responsiveness determination, lost award, protest, fine, penalty, or other loss arising from reliance on platform compliance content, from changes in law, or from any error or omission in such content; and (c) Its One App, LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Where a jurisdiction does not permit a limitation in this section, our liability is limited to the greatest extent that jurisdiction permits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Potter/Randall County, Texas.
